The City of Laurel is seeking volunteers to help them with the pending snow event this weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).
The City is asking for volunteers to assist with the following activities:
1. After the snow stops, van drivers to supervise and shuttle student volunteers. The student volunteers will the clean sidewalks of residents from our list of seniors & disabled citizens.
2. Volunteers to help clean sidewalks for the above designated citizens needing help.
3. Volunteers to assist Steve Allen in the EOC if needed.
Please send an email back to Laurel CERT, [email protected] , no later than tomorrow, Friday, January 11, 2019, at 5:00pm if you are able to assist.
