The program will cover safety on or about the railroad and Amtrak equipment, responder safety and site hazards, incident location determination, CERT members potential role in the command structure specific to Amtrak incidents, Amtrak Incident Response Team (IRT) and Family Assistance Center (FAC) operations, expectations, and a Q&A session.
