This course gives basic training for people to act as instructors. Civilians need basic training in bleed control princiiples so they are able to provide immediate, frontline aid until first responders are able to take over care of an injured person. Stop the Bleed instructors learn how to teach the civilian population how to provide vital initial response to stop uncontrolled bleeding in emergency situations.
